Mixed Text-Use at least two different sizes / fonts / language of text in your icon.
Boxes-Your icon must have boxes in it by use of blocking or the image itself.
Men in Black-Icon a male in black or use dark colouring or however you interpret the theme.

In the meantime, I will make instructions for next time and add them to my post.
